The bulbous-shaped censor placed on three legs issued each by a lion-mask, its base embossed as an open lotus flower, the side hammered with various divinities, Buddhist emblems and the mantra ‘aum ah hum’, the raised rim incised with a meandering band, a pair of handles in the form of gui-dragons, set with a cover embossed as a double roofed pavilion, one roof decorated with minute bells and topped with a pinnacle.
From an old southern German private collection, supplemented by inheritance in the 1950s and acquisitions in the 1960s until the 1980s - Slightly chipped, minor traces of age
